The Board of Directors believe that a refund should take place where requested as we understand things happen! The board has set the policy as listed below.
There are a few stipulations that are out of our control that will affect a refund, any refund amount is contingent on these:
- Any Administrative fees will be deducted from the refund as these are out of our control. This is the cost passed on to us for registration and refunds.
- Once Registration has closed, the fees for the cost of uniforms/hats will be non-refundable as orders will have been placed.
- If Paid by credit card, your card will be credited for the amount refunded, if paid in cash or check, the Little League will write you a check for the refund amount.
- The Board reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
